Memorias...

“One day my brother was going out of the train station –somewhere in the suburbs of London and saw that Mod sitting on his ‘GS, looking cool and waiting… Posing would be more appropriate, but that is a natural thing when you’re a Mod. Suddenly, at the top of the road, an army of Skinheads was coming over the hill, realizing at the same time there was a Mod sitting on his scooter a few hundred yards down the road. Now you’ve got to understand the situation: a bunch of stubborn hounds spotting a fox in the middle of the field. They all started running, ready to kill. But the Mod didn’t panic; on the contrary he waited ‘til the last second, kick-started his Vespa, very calm, passed the first gear and pulled away when they just were about to reach him, barking their guts out… When you’re a Mod, as a fox, you’re in perpetual danger, but when you run away, ALWAIS DO IT IN STYLE.”
